for the purpose of executing a contract or taking action prior to its conclusion,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Letter <strong>a<\/strong> &#8211; on the basis of voluntarily given consent,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Letter <strong>c<\/strong> &#8211; for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the administrator (e.g. tax),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Letter <strong>f<\/strong> &#8211; as part of the administrator&#8217;s legitimate interest (e.g. statistics, site security).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"odbiorcy-danych\"><strong>Recipients of data<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Personal data may be transferred to entities that support the administrator in the operation of the site and activities, in particular:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>to the hosting and email provider,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An accounting or bookkeeping firm,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical service providers (e.g. online galleries, analytical tools),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Companies providing technical support for the site (e.g. backup, mailing systems).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area, unless the use of certain services (e.g. Google, Meta) involves such a transfer, in which case it is done on the basis of standard contractual clauses (SCC).<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"okres-przechowywania-danych\"><strong>Data retention period<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Personal data is stored:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>for the duration of the contact and up to 12 months after the contact ends,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For the period required by law (e.g., accounting records &#8211;
