1st Open Door Days in Zarzeczewo.
Our fair calendar opens with an agricultural fair in Zarzeczewo. In 2017, this event took place for the thirty-eighth time! During the two days, about 200 companies presented their offers. During the Open Door Days in Zarzeczewo, more than 10 hectares of exhibition area are made available.
Tractors and other agricultural machinery are presented during the show. This is also an ideal opportunity to get acquainted with the exposition of companies offering crop protection products, feed and fertilizers. The opportunity for professional consultations with such advisors as: ODR, ANR, ARR.
In addition, the event is accompanied by various animal exhibitions: pedigree dogs, small livestock and ornamental birds. Days of Open Doors in Zarzeczewo are usually held at the end of May or in the first half of June and gather about 18,000 visitors.
2nd International Rape Day – "Eurorzepak" in Minikowo.
Poland is one of the largest rapeseed producers in the world. "Eurorzepak" is an international debate on the most important issues in the oilseed crop issue. It is attended by representatives of the EOA (European Oil Alliance), farmers and rapeseed growing experts. In 2017, the event brought together more than 300 specialists.
It is worth noting that there is no rigid discussion framework in the debate. In 2017, issues such as biofuels in the context of rapeseed and the effects of the withdrawal of neonicotinoids, among others, were discussed. In addition, participants in the event were able to get acquainted with a collection of as many as 25 varieties of rapeseed. The International Rapeseed Day "Eurorzepak" in 2016 was held on June 2 while in 2017 it was held on May 18.
The 3rd Kuyavian-Pomeranian Field Days in Grubno.
This two-day event attracts about 20,000 visitors. It is always held in mid-June, and its tradition dates back to 1997. About 200 specialized companies present their agricultural offerings. The presentations are held on an area of about 3 hectares.
The Kujawsko-Pomorskie Field Days allow visitors to get acquainted with the latest offerings from manufacturers of, among other things: agricultural machinery and equipment, varieties of crops (during the growing season) and energy crops, feed, fertilizers, plant protection products, construction, livestock equipment and the latest technologies. The event is also accompanied by fairs featuring handicrafts and food products. During the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Field Days, you can also get advice from a consultant.
The 4th Agro-Tech – International Agro-Industrial Fair and the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Regional Livestock Exhibition in Minikowo.
Agro-Tech is one of the most anticipated industry reviews in all of Poland. It is also the largest exhibition of agricultural inputs in the northern part of the country. The 40th anniversary edition was held in early July 2017. About 450 Polish and foreign exhibitors participate in the Agro-Tech Fair. They have as much as 12 hectares of space at their disposal. The vast majority of the exposition is made up of offerings from the agricultural industry (more than 75% of the exhibition area).
What does Agro-Tech offer? Numerous demonstrations of specialized machinery in operation. Horticultural fairs are also a regular feature. Meanwhile, in the demonstration fields you can see the latest varieties of cereals and crops (more than 200 variants). This is also a chance to win the title of winner in such competitions as: "Agroliga", "Innovative Product of Agro-Tech Fair", "Medal Product", "Safe Farm".
The fair is accompanied by a Regional Livestock Exhibition (more than 500 specimens) together with an auction. There is also an opportunity to use the services of professional consultants. The event gathers about 35,000 spectators and lasts two days.
The 5th Pałuckie Agricultural Fair and Pałucka Livestock Exhibition in Żnin.
These events are held every year at the end of August. It is worth noting that the Paluck Agricultural Fair has a longer tradition – it has been held since 1997, while the Paluck Livestock Exhibition has been held since 2003. Interestingly, since 2017, the fair has taken place on the square after the former sugar factory on the Big Znin Lake.
Farmers from surrounding counties (Znin, Mogilino, W wągrowiecki, Nakielskie and Inowrocław) have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with industry offerings such as: machinery and equipment, feed, fertilizers, horticultural and food products, building materials. It is worth mentioning that during the fair, professional advisors are available to the participants.
The Paluka Livestock Exhibition is a chance to admire the best specimens from among others: cattle, pigs, and also rabbits, poultry and pigeons. When will the next edition be held? Book in your calendar this date, which is August 25-26, 2018.
